Sensory Analysis Courses for Syrah Wines

The quality approach used for the Syrah du Monde® international wine competition has led us to offer you a professional training programme.

Conceived with an international focus, the course looks at four main themes:

  • History and development of Syrah/Shiraz wines
  • Quality Assurance for qualitative wine competitions
  • Tasting of Syrah/Shiraz wines using a sensory analysis-based approach
  • Pairing foods with Syrah/Shiraz wines

This training course will be held as part of the Syrah du Monde® knowledge/evaluation centre for expert wine tasting judges is held at the Paul Boccuse Institut (near Lyon).

Available courses dates:

  • Tuesday April 8, 2008
  • Wednesday April 9, 2008
  • Thursday April 10, 2008

The training course are given in French from 08:45 to 17:30 hours.

Limited number of places available.

Participation fees: 325 euros without VAT (388,70 euros with VAT).

Including lunch and courses documentation.
