Château d'Ampuis: One of the jewels of the Renaissance, overlooking the Rhône River and surrounded by grapevines in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie appellation.

Products
Syrah du Monde® is a qualitative confrontation of Syrah/Shiraz wines that contain at least 75 to 85% of this varietal, depending on the wine regulations in effect in the country of origin.
The amount of the wine available should be at least of 1000 liters.

results
The 2007 results are available

Participation Rules
Each samples must came along:
- Six bottles of 750 ml or 10 bottles of 500 ml or 375 ml (with front and back labels)
- A technical sheet dedicated to presentation including: development, area of growth, maturity of wine, density of plantation, grape harvest, wine making (barrel or tank), maturation of wine &
- An analysis bulletin dated less than one year ago. It must specify the parcel number as well as the following results: specific gravity, actual and potential alcohol content, reducing sugar, pH, total acidity, volatile acidity, free SO2, total SO2, pressure above atmospheric and CO2.
- Three labels (with front and back labels).
Official Endorsement
Syrah du Monde® has received the official approval of and services from the French Ministry of Economy, Finances and Industry (DGCCRF) (dated 8 September 2006), with publication in the EU's official gazette. As such, it has been authorised to award marks of quality..
